Carrar is recruiting a project manager. Carrar is a startup that's experts in two-phase cooling and develops cooling systems for the automotive industry.
Job description
Job title: Project manager.
Department: R&D (research & development) team.
Reporting to: Product Manager
Location: Sapirim industrial park, Shaar HaNegev (Near Sderot).
Key relationships: Internal: Development, integration, purchasing, management. External: Suppliers, Consultants, Customers.
Description of Duties
Project management: Tracking and updating Gantts. Task breakdown and tracking. Processes optimization. KPI's definition. Documentation: - Project initiation documents. - Meeting summaries. - Internal and external project reports.
Resource management.
Budget management.
Ongoing risk assessment and mitigation.
Team Collaboration and Communication.
Supporting project procurement, supervising validation and QC processes.
Key attributes / Person specifications
A motivated BSc in industrial engineering/ management
Strong written and oral communication capabilities in English
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fast learner, self-driven and results-oriented
